Ingredients:  
* 1 bowl of semolina
* 1 bowl flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* Warm water
* 1/2 bakery yeast cc
* Olive oil  
Preparation:  
Delicious cakes that are generally used to taste, or breakfast accompanied by a glass of tea with mint. They eat in nature, or embellished with honey, butter,
cheese, black olives or olive oil. A dish that smells good hospitality, friendliness and Moroccan.
They can also be stuffed, but this is more to come revenues. I prepare them with olive oil from Morocco, I find it more delicate and fragrant. But you can prepare with melted butter to which you add the oil.
A dish that will melt your guests  
In a large dish, pour the cornmeal, flour, salt and mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Dilute your yeast in a little warm water and pour it on your meal. Knead well, knead until smooth and pliable dough. Leave on for a quarter of an hour.
Make small balls the size of a lemon, coating them with olive oil and place them on your work surface.
Roll them to create large circles, adding a little oil. Fold the top of the cake, and then down to get a long rectangle.
Add a little oil, fold one-third of the cake left towards the center, then the third straight for the center to have resulted in a
rectangle like a pad.
Book and continue until you have prepared all of your patties.
Heat your pan, spread a pancake, helping you with oil, and possibly meal, and arrange in pan. It will start to swell, and when
edges will be cooked, return to a spatula. Wait two to three minutes, and remove from the stove. 
A recipe that takes time but well worth it. Serve warm.
